How to return

We at English Factory hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details:

The return must fall under the return requirements, please see below for details. You will receive an email once your return has been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Please note: This service is currently available for US customers (ONLY), excluding US territories. Some mobile devices are unable to print the shipping label. In this case, we recommend that you do a return process or label print on desktop or laptop.

International returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return for an international order, please contact the English Factory Services Team Refunds will be processed for the cost of merchandise.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

International returns without a pre-paid label?

  1. Please contact at and follow the provided instructions.
  2. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
  3. We will email you when your return is processed.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise free of charge, within 30-days. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for full refund, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be postmarked within the 30 days of delivered date.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Items must be returned with original tags attached.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any EXCHANGES.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at

Returns process time

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. Get refunded faster with easy online returns and print FREE pre-paid return label online. See our Domestic Returns for details.

Return an item purchased with an e-gift card

For returning an item purchased with a eGift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is processed.

Final sale return policy

  1. Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund and store credit.
  2. In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions. 
  3. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

PayPal returns

When you use PayPal, we will refund you by the following:

  • Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account.
  • We are unable to process exchanges for any orders.


  • Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.


We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed. Please allow 2 to 3 business days once the item is received to process the return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Purchased with a e-Gift Card

For returning an item purchased with a eGift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is processed.

Purchased with PayPal

Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account.
